Roadline Marking

The company’s pioneering activity was in roadline marking. The following specialized German and UK machinery acquired by the company are employed in the activity:-

The division has two vehicles mounted with Prismo made pre-heaters. In 1998, the company acquired a Ford single vehicle extruder/vibraline truck from Prismo UK to meet with increased line thickness and quality specifications in Ghana. Again in 2002 the multipurpose marking truck was acquired to enhance the company’s international competition.

Facol Limited procures the best quality paint products from UK and USA. All the equipment used for markings have automatic self dispensing unit for glass beads (ballotini type) on top of the lines, for immediate night time reflection of the lines. The thicker the paint lines the more durable the marking lasts, the durability also depends on the traffic volumes on the road.
